Designer Line Up for December!

Welcome to Craft Project Central for December 2016!!

Happy holidays everyone!  December can be a stressful time of the year for some of us.  Because I want my December to be fun and have as little stress as possible, I always make time to have a craft event with some of my friends.  Everyone brings something to stamp and craft, we have a potluck and listens to lots of holiday music!  With all of the great projects here on Craft Project Central, I never run out of fun projects to make.  Friends, food, fun, and crafting!  Who could ask for more! I like to make gifts for my neighbors, the kids’ teachers and my non-crafty friends who so appreciate the time and love that goes into a homemade gift!  We have several great projects perfect for gift giving this month that I can’t wait to make!  There’s still time for you to put some holiday tunes on, relax and make some gifts too!

As always, these great projects wouldn’t be possible without the talented designers that create these projects!  This month, we have one guest designer, Olga Cavanaugh!  Olga designed a beautiful cards and memories gift set for us debuting mid-month that you’ll definitely want to check out!  Here are all of the awesome designers bringing us great projects this month!

Creating Pretty Cards – Card Sketch Challenge #66!

Each month in addition to the great 3D projects that we have for you, we also host a monthly card challenge – Creating Pretty Cards!!

To help you recreate the sketch each month, we’ve also provided a free Sketch Mini Tutorial! This mini tutorial has information about how the inspiration card (using the sketch) was created, supplies used, and basic measurements!!

A couple guidelines before we get started and you submit your creations to our challenge!

Please Do!:

  • Share cards related to each month’s card challenge using Stampin’ Up! supplies only.
  • Post the card to your blog or other online forum (e.g. Splitcoaststampers).
  • When posting the card to your blog or other online forum consider using as a keyword CPCX, with the X representing the card challenge number. E.g. For this our 66th challenge it would be CPC66.
  • Use the link tool below to link to your card (not just your blog, please).
  • If posting to your blog, please link back to Craft Project Central.
  • Leave comments for those that share their card creations! Thank you!

Please Don’t!:

  • Try to advertise with your creations.
  • Use non-Stampin’ Up! supplies, stamp sets, ribbon, accessories, etc. on your creations.

We reserve the right to remove submissions that don’t meet the above criteria, but we don’t want to have to do that, so please do the do’s!

For every ten cards submitted, we’ll pick one winner of a free month subscription here on Craft Project Central! The winner(s) will get to select the month of their choice! So if we have 15 submissions this month we’ll randomly pick one winner from all submissions*. If we have 40 submissions we’ll randomly pick four winners from all submissions*, and so on! We really want to give away some free subscriptions, so please do join our challenge!!

*If our project designers submit a card for your inspiration this month, they won’t be in the winner random-selection pool, but their cards will count towards the “for every 10 cards submitted winner total”.

Yay, we had 11 awesome submissions in November and are able to give a way a free subscription!! The winner for November is card #8 designed by Judi’s Cuties! Judi designed a pretty Christmas  card using the sketch! She also created a cute Thanksgiving card, #3! Judi, please contact us at contactus@craftprojectcentral.com to let us know which month you would like free, and congratulations and thank you again for sharing your awesome creativity with us!!!
